Mr. J. J.Woflinden, Mexborough, handing over to the chairman of the Montagu Hospital Board (Mr. W. A. Lewis), on Monday, the £500 he subscribed to the Coronation Appeal Fund.

Mr. Woffinden’s donation was made in such a way as to assist the fund materially by creating an added incentive to other subscribers, being originally framed on a percentage basis.
