2 Oxford Street, Roman Terrace, died of malaria in Africa July 12 last.

Private Cutts enlisted on March 2015, and was dispatched to East Africa. Throughout his active service has suffered greatly from the climate.

He was formerly employed at Wath Main and was one of the trustees of the Roman Terrace primitive Methodist Church, where a memorial service is  due to be held on Sunday

He leaves a widow and one daughter.
