In recognition of her loyal service to the Scout movement, Mrs. I. Cobb, former Don and Dearne Assistant Commissioner for Cub Scouts (third from right), receives a bouquet from Mrs. L. Moulson, her successor, and a clock from Mr. C. P. Tiptaft, M.C. J.P. (centre) at the District Scouts’ Council’s meeting and dinner on Saturday.
