Montague Burton Challenge Cup Winner

Mexborough Table Tennis League President, Dr. S. P. Bhatia, hands over the Montague Burton Challenge Cup to Bill Beal, captain of Mexborough and Don Valley M.C. and L.C.C. , who won the League Championship.

The occasion was the Individual Championship final in Mexborough on Saturday, which was won by Beal for the second year in succession. Runner-up was Terry Walker, 17-years-old Grammar School student.
