Knocking at Doors at Mexborough

Ernest Booth, pit hand, of Mexboro’ was summoned by Elijah Snare, Mexboro’, with knocking at his door at Mexboro’, on September 6th.

Complainant said that he had closed his shop at 9-30, when defendant, with some others, came along, and they said, “Let’s kick the door.” This they did.

Frank Hardy denied that the defendant kicked the door.

The case dismissed.
