Fred Wainwright, horsekeeper, Mexborough, was summoned for the contravention of the Mines Rules and Regulation Act, by taking matches into Denaby Main Pit on the fourth inst.

the matter found on defendant by the other man, George Jenkins.

Mr Hickmott prosecuted, and a fine of 10s and costs was imposed.
