Another Mexborough Martyr Fined for disobeying a Vaccination Order
Thomas E Rawson, glassblower of Mexborough, was also summoned for disobeying a vaccination order.
Mr RAH Toby prosecuted.
Henry Wallace, the district vaccination officer, deposed to be present in court on the 23 December 1899, when an order was made upon the defendant, which are vaccinated within 21 days.
He had received no notice of successful vaccination.
Fined 20 shillings including costs.
