Wedding – Sharpe – Axe
The wedding took place at Mexborough Parish Church on Saturday of Miss. Kathleen Axe, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. Axe, 14, Chaucer Road, Mexborough, to Mr. David Sharpe, Strafford Terrace, Denaby.
The Rev. L. P. Riches officiated.
The bride was given away by her father and was attended by Miss Edna Axe (sister).
A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents.
