Wedding: Beck & Pattison
Miss Annie Elizabeth Pattison, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Pattison, 28, Addison. Road, Mexboro’, was married at Mexboro’ Parish Church on Monday to Mr. Alfred Beck, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Beck, 12, Dodsworth Street, Mexboro’.
The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a charming gown of ivory satin lace with veil and wreath of orange blossom, and carried a shower bouquet of tea roses and fern. The bridesmaids were Miss Tillie Brook, whose dress was of blue floral crepe ninon with hat to tone, and Miss Ivy griffin, who wore floral ninon with hat to match. Their bouquets were of red roses and fern.
The best man was Mr. J. Wilde and. the groomsman Mr. E. Law. A reception was held afterwards at the Arcadia, Mexboro’ by the brides’ parents. The bridegroom’s gift to the bridesmaids were signet rings.
