Miss Kathleen Moore, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Moore, 63. Herbert Street, Mexborough, and Mr. Arthur James Globe, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Globe, of 32, Windhill Crescent, Mexborough, were married at Mexborough Parish Church on Saturday. Given away by her brother (Mr. R. Moore), the bride wore white satin, with a well of lace, held by a wreath of orange blossom.

She was attended by Miss Irene Globe In green taffeta with a silver  head-dress: Miss Dorothy Moore, in pale blue with head-dress to tone: Miss Jean Ward, in old gold; and Miss Dorothy Ward In pale pink. The attendants carried chrysanthemums. Mr. H. Globe was best man, and Mr. R. Moore was groomsman. The bridegroom is serving In the R.A.F.
