Wedding: Guest & Milnes

The wedding of Miss Edna Elizabeth Guest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. C. Guest, – ‘Burbeck,’ Conisboro’. and Mr. Raymond Milnes, only son of Mr. and Mrs. V. Milnes. Ruskin Avenue, Mexboro”, took place at St. Peter’s Church, Conisboro’. on Saturday, the Rev. J. E. Robinson officiating.

The bride, who was given away by her brother in-law, Mr. W. Keeling, was in pink satin and carried pink roses and fern. She was attended by Miss Phyllis Brewster and Miss Freda Crooks, who were dressed in green satin and carried pink carnations.

The best man was Mr. Lionel Charlesworth, and the groomsman Mr. P. Clarkson. A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents.
