Miss Alma Cooper, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Cooper, Wadworth Street, Denaby Main, was married at the Parish Church on Wednesday last by the Rev. S. Powley, to Mr. Arthur E. Bloomfield, son of Mrs. Melita and the late Mr. Bloomfield, Church Street, Mexborough.

Mr. Walter Howlett was best man, and Mr. Joseph Cooper (junr.), was groomsman. Given away by Mr. R. Pears, the bride was gowned in white satin beaute with veil and wreath and carried a bouquet or red carnations. She was attended by the Misses Elizabeth Bloomfield. Madge Carton, Sarah Pears. Nellie Feenie, Doris Boyes, Elizabeth Cooper, Kathleen Cooper, Kathleen Hague and Joan Hague, who were dressed in pink and blue satin, carried sprays of pink carnations, and wore necklaces, the gift of the bridegroom.

A reception was held at Wadworth Street.
