The marriage was solemnised at Swinton Parish Church on Thursday of Miss Dorothy Elizabeth Brown, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Brown, 16, Frederick Street, Mexborough, and Mr. Frank Bullock, only son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Doncaster Road. Barnburgh.
Given away by her father, the bride wore an ice-blue two-piece with navy blue accessories. She carried pink carnations and was attended by her sisters. Misses Marjorie, Enid and Jean Rose, who wore dresses in dusky pink with brown accessories and carried pink chrysanthemums.
Mr. Raymond Eyre and Mr. Jack Froggatt were best man and groomsman respectively.
