Arnold Bullock, the Mexboro’ man who finished third in the “Times” Walk, was the winner of last year’s “Star” walk, and wins the ” Mexboro’ Theatres” cup for first local man home.

G. Shenton, of Attercliffe Walking Club, has held this trophy for the last two years.

Bullock is a member of the Sheffield United Walking Club, and since his success in the “Star” walk has not been unplaced in any open event, having won two firsts, one second, and three thirds.
