Husband and Wife Serving

A husband and wife at present serving in the Forces are L/Cpl. Eric Royston and Pte. Rita Royston, of Mexborough.

L/Cpl. Royston is at present in hospital in Burma, having been wounded.

His wife is a cook in the A.T.S. and is stationed in England.

L/Cpl. Royston has been in the Forces for four years, and his wife for two.

Before joining up both worked at Dale Brown’s.  They have one daughter.
