Brothers in R.As.C.

Private Leslie Long (31), Private Frederick Long (25), and Private Walter Long (21), sons of Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Long, of 12, Bank Street, Mexborough, are all serving in the R.A.S.C.

Leslie (married) was called up in August, 1940, and is a mechanic and fitter stationed in England.

Frederick, who is married, and has two children, March, 1940, is a driver also stationed in England.

Walter, who was called up in April, 1941, is also a driver and after serving in England, was sent out to India in April.

Leslie and Walter, before joining up, were employed in their father’s business and Frederick was employed as a driver by Messrs. J. and J. H. Peters, Denaby and Doncaster.
