Brothers In Middle East

Mexborough brothers, one in the Army and the other In the R.A.F., are serving in the Middle East. They are Gunner Francis Raymond Green (20), (picture) second son of Mrs. and the late Mr. F. Green, 15, West Street, and his elder brother, Corpl. Roland Green (24).

Francis has worn khaki for 14 months. He was formerly employed by Green’s, builders, of Ranskill.

Roland joined the R.A.F. at the outbreak of war, and has been in the Middle East for two and a half years, winning medals for football there. He worked for Messrs. Ward’s. Swinton.
