Friends of Mr. and Mrs. M. G. Wilcock of 21, Hall Avenue, Mexborough, will be pleased to know of the further promotion of their only daughter, Jean, to the rank of Company Quarter Master Sergt. In the A.T.S.
She is serving in a company office attached to the R.A.O.C. at a depot in the Midlands. C.Q.M.S. Wilcock is 22 and was formerly a member of staff of Mexborough Employment Exchange.
