Missing in East.

News has been received by Mr. and Mrs. Stanton, of 50 Oliver Street, Mexborough that their only son, Ernest Stanton (22), who was serving in the Middle East, has been reported missing.

Sapper Stanton served in France and took part in the evacuation from Dunkirk.

He joined the Army four years ago, before which he was employed in the butchering trade.
