Scarcity of Mail

Gunner Walter Sharp (21), the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Sharp, 22, Wilson Street, Mexboro’, felt the urge to don khaki, and two years ago volunteered for the R.A. from his work at Denaby Main Colliery.

Walter went abroad in June last year, since when his parents have received only two air-graphs and one letter from him.
