Gunner Clarence Sharp (22), eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Sharp, of 9, Flowitt Street, Mexborough, has been in the R.A. in India since October.

Before then he saw service in the Middle East. As a Territorial be was called to the colours from his employment at Manvers Main Colliery. He recently had an attack of malaria but has fully recovered.
