 In The W.A.A.F.

L.A/c.w. Joan Senior (21), daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Senior, 129, Wath Road, Mex-borough, joined the W.A.A.F. in March last year and is now working on aircraft as a sparking plug tester.

A/c.w. Senior worked as a conductress for the Mexborough and Swinton Traction Co. before  joining up.
