Private Reginald James Salkeld
(York & Lancs)

had been missing since July 1st, and his parents, who live at 42, Highwoods Road, Mexborough, received the sad news on Tuesday that he had died of wounds in an interment camp.

He was a single man, and went to France on May 26th.

He died on July 16th from tetanus, caused by the wound in his thigh, and was buried at Minderhiede
