Co.-Sgt.-Maj. Thos. Geo. Rogers, of Albert Road, Mexboro, formerly a member of the local constabulary,went to France from Aldershot, and has been abroad about 18 months.

He hasĀ  fought in the Somme battles and at Ypres.

He was wounded on September 21, and is now almost convalescent.
