Gunner Robertshaw, second son of Mr and Mrs Fred Robertshaw, 48 Swinton Rd, Mexborough road, Mexhoro’ has died of wounds received in action on September 18.

He enlisted in May, 1915, and saw service first in France and afterwards in Saionica. A particularly sad feature of the case is that owing to being drafted

Gunner Robertshaw had never been home since he enlisted. He was 23 years of age, and was formerly in the service of the Mexborough and Swinton Tramway Company.
