 Seeing the World

Sapper Harold Reeve (34). of Ripon, is the eldest son of Mrs. and the late Mr. A. Reeve, of 2, Albert Road, Mexborough, and is serving In the Royal Engineers in England.

He joined up in November and his late father served in the same regiment in the last war. At the age of 22 Reeve left for Canada to go farming and returned after six and a half years to his home town and became an insurance agent, his work taking him to Ripon.

He receives the ‘South Yorkshire Times” each week.
