A War casualty is Pte. Harold Moxon (27) of 22. Herbert Street. Mexborough, third son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Moxon. of 81. Arnold Crescent.

Official intimation reveals that he died on Oct. 25th of wounds received while serving with the Seaforth Highlanders the Middle East.

Pte. Moxon is married. and has two children. He had had two years’ Army service and had served in the Middle East since June.

He was formerly employed as a clerk in the checkweigh office at Manvers Main Colliery.
