The death of Corpl. Alfred Henry Morris (31), took place suddenly in hospital in Northern Ireland on November 24th.

Corpl. Morris’s home was at 55, Schofield Street, Mexborough.

The internment took place at Mexborough on Sunday.

Also present at his funeral were many members of Main Street W.M.C. Street W. and neighbours and friends of Schofield Street and Dolcliffe Road.
