In The “W.A.T S.”

Serving with the “W.A.T.S.” is Margery Jacques, 18-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jacques, Hirst Gate, Mexborough.

She joined the Service in October and was formerly employed in Blackpool.

She attended Adwick Road School.

Her father saw three years’ service in the Great War as a machine gunner in the York and Lancasters.
