L/Bombardier Harold Heap (20), eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Heap, 16 Spencer Street, Mexborough. volunteered for the R.A. at the outbreak of war.

He has been In India for several months.

L/Bombardier Heap likes life in India but says that the mosquitoes are a nuisance.

He is an old pupil of Roman Terrace School.
