Private A Hannam

Private Hannam, son of Mrs Blount, 20 B Crossgate, Mexborough, was wounded by shrapnel whilst in the reserve trenches in France, on January 11.
He was removed to hospital in France, and afterwards to England, and is at present in Bedfordshire recuperating. He enlisted two months after the war broke out, and was drafted to France in September, when he went through the battle of Loos.
Previous to the war breaking out he was employed at Denaby.
