Private Green, 4, Queen’s Rd, Mexborough was wounded in the thigh on April 217, and is now hospital in Newcastle-on-Tyne.

He has been serving since November, 1914, and has being once previously wounded.

He is a married man and before enlistment worked at Denaby Main.
