Mrs. H. Flinders, of 55, Main Street, Mexborough, has received a photograph from her husband, Private Herbert Flinders (27), who is serving in India, on which he seen with two other soldiers and four natives.

Pte. Flinders has been In the Army for nearly two years and has been in India four months.

He was a miner at Cadeby Colliery. He is married and has two daughters. Also on the photograph is Thomas Brett, of Denaby.
