Mexborough Officer In Hospital.

Lt Frank Fawcett (KO.Y.L.I. )son of Mrs Fawcett, Hampden road, Mex-boro’, who came home from Canada to enlist in the Inns of Court O.T.C., and was subsequently gazetted to theĀ  K.O.Y.L.I., has visited his home this week during a short leave from a hospital in Manchester.

He was invalided from France recently with trench feverĀ  and a scalp wound, after four months in the trenches. He has seen a good deal of heavy fighting during his comparatively short spell of active service.
