Gunner Douglas Brammer (23), whose home address is 6, Melton Street, Mexborough, is at present serving with the Royal Artillery in the East. He joined the R.A. in 1935.

He has served 2 years in India, and was transferred last August. Before joining the Army Gunner Brammer was a well known paper seller. He is the third son of Mr. and Mrs. I Brammer, and was educated at Doncaster Road Council School.
