Rotary Club.

Mr. Charles Marks (picture) was elected president of the Rotary Club at the annual meeting on Tuesday and Mr. C. Paxman Tiptaft vice-president.

Messrs. H. Chambers and F. Long were elected to The Council, and Mr. F. H. Harrop secretary, with Mr. D. W. Harrop assistant secretary.

The club delegates are Dr. T. Lee and Mr. D. Harrop, and the auditors Messrs. H. Chambers and H. R. Hupple. The new president, Mr. C. Marks, has been a member of the club for five years and was club delegate to the Bournemouth and Harrogate conference.
