Rotary Boys In Camp

A group of members of the Boys’ Club formed by the Mexboro’ Rotary Club, taken at the annual camp at Bridlington last week.

Most of these boys are now young men, the club having been formed nearly ten years ago for boys whose father died in the war.  The youths have stuck to the club and are keener on the camp as the years go by.

In the centre of the group is Mr. Fred Long, Rotarian in charge of the camp. He is immensely popular with the boys, as he deserves to be, for he has made the camp his special study and has been the life and soul of the boys’ club from the first.
