The Mexborough Shooting Case

Sergeant Matthews Successfully Operated Upon.

Police-sergeant Matthews, who was shot at Mexborough on Sunday night in High Street, was operated the Mexborough Hospital yesterday morning, and the bullet was extracted by Dr. Huey.

He is as well as can be expected.
