Land Girl

A Mexborough girl enjoying life in the Women’s Land Army is Miss Sylvia Smith (22), of 29, Dodsworth Street.

Miss Smith, who is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Smith, of Goole, is working on a dairy farm at Ripon.

She was formerly employed at the Dearne Mills, Bolton.
