Now Gold

Miss Joan Briggs, 20 years old daughter of Mr and Mrs W Briggs, of 27, Wood Street, Mexborough, has added the Gold medal of the International Dancing Masters Association to her successes as a result of an examination held in Sheffield in December.

Miss Briggs, assistant to Miss Betty space, has already won the bronze and silver medals of the Association; this is the highest award.

Future programme includes the British ballet organisation solo award for tap dancing.
