Fifty Years’ Service with the Amalgamated Union of Building Trades Workers were, marked on Wednesday in Mexborough, when Mr. George Birchby, one of the founders of the Mexborough Branch, was presented with a medallion by Mr. G. Young., executive member, and a wallet of notes and certificate by Mr. W. Saddler and Mr. E. Webb.

The presentation was made in the New Mason’s Arms.
