Serving in the Middle East, after being through the evacuation of Dunkirk, is L.A./c. R. H. Green (21) eldest son of Mrs. and the late Mr. Green, of 15, West Street, Mexborough.

L.A./c. Green is serving with the R.A.F. and was called up in November, 1939.

A native of Mexborough, Green is an old boy of Dolecliffe Road School.
