Railwayman in S. Africa

L.A.C. Eric Dye (21), joined the R.A.F., V.R., in April, 1942, and is now completing his training in South Africa, and enjoying life out there.

He was employed as a signalman at Sheepbridge L.N.E.R., and before that at Kilnhurst.

He is an old student of Mexborough Secondary School, and is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Dye (late of Morton Road, Mexborough).
