Alfred Mills Ashton (20), eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Mills Ashton, of 13, Morton Road, Mexborough, has been serving in the R.A.F. for six months.

Born in Mexborough, he attended Adwick Road School and before joining up worked at Newcastle-on-Tyne.
