Mexborough Brothers: A Belgian Honour.

These are the three sons and the son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. T. Spaven, Market street, Mexboro’.

Sapper. Richard Spaven (picture, extreme right) has recently been awarded the Belgian Croix de Guerre.

He, with his brothers, Spr. Wm. Spaven. (R.E.) (picture, left) and Corporal A. Spaven (South Staffs) (picture third left)(and his brother-in-taw, Private Harry Ramsden (Leicester Regiment) (picture, second left) is serving in France.
