News has been received by Mr. and Mrs. Owen, of 42, York Street, Mexborough, that their son, Able-Seaman Clarence Owen (R.N.D.), is a prisoner of war in Gefangenelar Dulmen, Germany.

He was captured on December 20, 1917.

He has done three years and five months’ service, and has been wounded twice, once in the Dardanelles and once in France.
