Pte. Tom Skelton
Coldstream Guards
Private Skelton of 17 Charles street, Mexboro’, was wounded last September in the face and leg, and is now in hospital in France. He is aged 25 and single, and is one of five sons of Mr. and Mrs.Skelton. Who with their father, joined the Army a long time ago.
Mr. Skelton, who is nearly 60, joined a tunnelling corps, and served in France for some months before being invalided out of the Army with rheumatism. In addition to his five sons, two sons-in-law are serving.
The father is employed at Manvers Main, and all his sons were formerly employed there.

Sgt Arthur Skelton of 20, Shelley street, Mexboro’, brother of the above-mentioned Pte,. Tom Skelton, is in hospital in Mesopotania with malaria. He is 22 and married.
He enlisted two and a half years ago and has been serving abroad eighteen months.
