Drunk & Disorderly
At Doncaster, on Saturday, cases were disposed of as follows:—
For being drunk and disorderly, John Booth, labourer, Conisbro’, was fined 15s. and costs; David Fowler, labourer, Womersley, fined 7s. 6d. and costs, Edward Pearson, collier, Mexbro’, fined 10s. and costs; William Speight, glassblower, Mexbro’, fined 15s. and costs; Richard Hartley, collier, Bolton, fined 10s. and costs; William Cobert, labourer, Mexbro’, fined 10s. and costs; Frederick Lough, labourer, Norton, fined 15s. and costs; and John Taylor, labourer, Haywood, fined 10s. and costs.
William Naylor and Richard Hartley, colliers, Bolton, for causing a breach of the peace, were fined 12s. and costs and 19s. and costs respectively.
Walter Johnson, painter, Doncaster, was fined 20s., including costs, for damaging a barley field at Armthorpe.
