Gunner Killed

Gunner Lesley Ronald Goff (25), whose wife lives at 81, Arnold Crescent, Mexboro’, has been killed in action in Italy, where he was with the Eighth Army.

He had been in the Army three years, and went to the Middle East over 18 months ago.

Gunner Goff, who was a dairyman at Didsbury before joining the Army, warried Miss Laura Moxon, of Arnold Crescent.

He had never seen his baby daughter.
