For having been drunk and incapable at Mexborough the previous day, William Holmes was fined 2/6 and the costs.

At 11 – 40 p.m. he was seen near the Montagu Square in a very drunken condition, leaning up against a wall.

Robert Clark, a miner, of New Conisborough had 5s and the costs to pay for being drunk and disorderly at Mexborough the previous day.
